H guys!
I made a guide e-book about hard subbing using free software and i would love to share it with you guys, but also if possible I would like to sell it to ppl outside journik for $1, it's small and easy stuff but to get to the easy part it took me hours of working and testing programs and finding ones that fill work fine and for free with no time limits
So if some one is interested comment please and let me know, i'll send you the file and please tell me what you think.

i would like to ask you all for something
i would probably be going for a camp on vacation and i'm gathering some stories and legends to tell the kids, so i would ask you to share some like those that Wan was telling about young musa or the master on a hill, so i can tell them to kids and make them more open for spiritually

Again i want to share with you guys an article written by Leszek Żądło that i read and it's about being kind to your self.
most of people think "i have to deserve to have this and that", "i cant do any thing right" or "I have noting to be happy about"
And as you can see those mantras, and a lot more, are a venom in your head, keeping you from your dreams, and destroying your life. They make you not kind to your self, and what that is hard on you self, and unhappy. People tend to be unhappy for what they did cause they think they not did enough and they go hard to next time do it. but guess what, next time they wont do it, or even do less. Why? if your unhappy of what you did, you wont make it better. so can but they pay with their health or life for it to push them selfs hard and with no joy. and you know what? when they do it, they are still unhappy.
so how to change that? easy but hard. you have to love your self. sounds egoistic? not really. if you love your self with pure love, you make a a line with GOD, cause you love you self they way he loves you. they way he loves everybody, cause every body deserves to be loved.
so love your self and be kind to your self. so you can be happy for every little thing that you do, what you gain, what you achieve. say to your self "i deserve to be loved", you can even write a letter to your self saying good things about your self :)

i just saw my alcohol karma, where ever i am where ppl drink i buy half the alcohol i drink, there is always some one that shares with my or buys me some thing to drink
and when that happens i share it with other and it go on and on :)

i'm readimg a book called THE MISSION, byDesmarquet Michel
and i wanted to share a meditation technik for PURIFICATION
it simple,
after a relaxation
you just imagine a gold fluid light dust covering you from you 7th chakra,
when you breath in you imagine the gold dust feeling you and in your mind you say "im breathing pure gold light" and when you breath out you say purety
have fun with this :)

Hi guys,
just sharing some thing with you, and would like to read what you think,
for some time i'm feeling emtpy, like life is going only out of my, there are some times when i feel powerfull, but they fade quick, don't know whats going on, i'm not feeling any pasion or ambition, a could just sleep all the time, i feel so gray, and always i felt so happy and awesome, my be becous having not much stuff at school only homeroking projects, realy dk, i'm feeling lost, DK where to go what to do..... maybe it's becous i dont do thing that allways gaved me power, i know i'm the only one that makes this, and the only one who can stop it, i just feel lost on every thing, having some hard time, so i thought maybe sharing this stuff will help, we will see.....
